Salon Policies

  In order for your experience to be as rewarding as possible, here are some policies that I have set into place:

Cancellations

 Please notify me no less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.  If less than 24 hours notice is given, a $25 cancellation fee will apply for haircuts and $50 for chemical services.  The invoice will be sent by text or email and a new appointment will not be scheduled until the invoice is paid in full

Arriving Late

  Your time is valuable, as is mine!  I will not be able to complete a service if a client is 15 minutes or more late. 
At my discretion, this can be handled one of two ways:
* If a multi step service, services will be removed from being completed with no price adjustment
*If the service is a single service we may have to reschedule and an invoice of $25 will be sent by text
 
 

New Client Reschedules

  New clients are allowed one reschedule after the initial appointment is booked.  If a second reschedule is requested, no pre booking will be accepted and the client will be scheduled for same week appointments only (if available) 

Refunds

  I do not offer refunds.  If I made a technical error, I will be more than happy to fix the problem at no cost to you, if notified within seven days of the initial service. You must be following the recommended at home care to receive a complimentary adjustment 

Change of Heart

  If, in the salon, we agree to a plan of action for your hair and I deliver the agreed upon results, and over the next few days you don't think you really like it and want to try something else, that is a Change of Heart.  Adjustments done to this type of issue are not free of charge and will be treated as a new, separate service

Extra Guests & Children

 I do ask that only 1 person over the age of thirteen not receiving a service accompanies you due to space limitations and respect for other stylists in the salon

Feeling Sick?

  We all know the different bugs and germs going around.  If you are feeling ill, please call or text and I will gladly reschedule your visit

No Call / N0 Show

  New clients that do not call and do not show up on their first appointment will never, ever be booked again.  Not even if you say pretty please
